Only change that matters with this patch for jungle is the dragon changes
hextech drake is quite nerfed for example
Some champs that are worse cus of this is: Nunu ( fast dragons and wants to gank and end game for this. )
but i dont think any champions should go down or up a tier due to dragon changes
green = Easy | blue = medium | red = hard | yellow = blindpickable
