Dont think azir is very good, Q max is for sure hard nerfed in the last couple patches, but i dont think on hit azir is very good so he will stay where he is.
Annie changes dont hurt her in mid rlly imo
Veigar nerfs makes him have to max W or 3 points or something, he is alrdy a+, he wont go down to A tier, he will stay a+
Yasuo defensive scaling is buffed, doesnt mean a whole lot tho i think
Catalyst change does hurt gragas since sustain is what makes him good in midlane, he is also worse in lower level play and soloq in general ( in pro play hee is a power fleex. ) but he is still a fine champ and veery safe blind.
Im trying to use LS tierlist site, what you guys think? I wont use it again until he addss colors on his site tho, cba drawing each time..
