Alistar up a tier, his previous buffs was kinda placebo, but these base stat buffs are great since he suffers in early levels.

Annie nerfs are a good start, still way stronger than she used to be before the initial "rework", i will keep her at s+ for now cus i feel like the other range sups are a bit underwhelming.

Thresh nerf is not as small as it seems, having 3 second reduce instead of 2 was massive, and this will hurt him, with that being said tho he isnt bad and shouldnt be A tier.

Veigar down a tier, all these nerfs are level based which makes him alot worse in support, if he is played sup it should just be E max now.
