Kog buffs are quite big, but he is still immobile and very much reliant on his W, however its much easier to lane with new q new e and u aree likeely to get a kill or 2 with ur passive, up 2 tiers.
Cassio bot up a tier, just cus its an op champion atm.
syndra down a tier, dont see why i would pick her over annie veigar cassio etc.
nothing elsee rlly changes, some duos like MF Leona is better duee to leona buffs ofc.
