Backstory: Originating in the Dark Gas Nebula in the Orion constellation, Hedorah the Sludge Monster is a being made of trillions of microscopic alien organisms that prey on human pollution. He ultimately lost his battle against Godzilla in 1971 when the humans constructed giant electrodes to dehydrate his animate liquid body. He turned to dust (literally) and his DNA was damaged, preventing him from regaining form.
But that was not the end. The humans foolishly left his remains on the mountainside where the changing seasons and weather rehydrated him. He became a puddle that withered the forest around it and animals avoid it. This lake of mud would sit undisturbed for decades.
Until a female executive of beauty salon uses Internet satellite images to find a nearby source of 'mud' for her mud baths. When she goes to scout the location, she tests the mud with her own body by taking a mud bath there. Hedorah's many microscopic individual bodies finally have a chance to leave this place.
The tadpole-like creatures copy her female human DNA where it needs it and regains the ability to form large solid body parts again. They enter her body and take control. It still needs her as a vessel to regain strength and maintain form.
He has become a She, and She is bent on revenge against Godzilla. It will take time and cunning to gain more compatible female hosts and gather enough genetic information to stand on its own again. This is:
