Shojin is a real item now, i think ezreal can consider it as a 4th item similar to frozen heart when you want to be tanky, i dont thikn you should buy it earlier than that since sheen item, manamune and serylda are more impiortant.
Nilah up a tier, very op champ and nobody knows what she does so you just win fights and enemy is mindblown gg, and also every champ / builds has been nerfed except items nilah wants.
BT nerf mainly hurts draven, in general you will still be building BT when needing lifesteal, but maybe you can go shieldbow a bit more sometiems now.
Jhin down a tier, i think goredrinker buffs and shojin meta hurts him alot, j4 being meta and people being tankier hurts jhin alot, also nerfs to galeforce in past hurts him too, lethality jhin kinda lit some games tho
No placement changes except nilah and jhin. this patch isnt much for adc

2023-09-10 12:54:30 +0000 UTCGonna add Nilah in my champ pool (she's quite fun to play). A question about her build: Would Eclipse-Shieldbow be good with Ingenious Hunter? Since she's a melee champ, Eclipse shield proc would go to 4 secs with IH.
