Jarvan down a tier, he was very op because of shojinn and his early game, both are nerfed this patch. His passive nerf hurts his clear so much its harder to get shojinn and hes weaker in fights and lower whilst clearing.

Lillia up a tier, not rlly cus of this patch i just undervalued her i think

Gwen up a tier, some will say she is op but i really dont think so, your clear is fine but thats only thing you can do, clear clear clear. Alot of champs can do that but they can also gank and do things, gwen cant invade and is vulnerable to getting invaded herself due to how low she gets, it takes quite some time before you can actually start to win fights and kill people realistically.

Rell is still good enough for S tier.

Not a conclusion on briar yet, but imo champ is strong and her winrate is fake, a very good kit thats annoying and hard to play vs, hard to know how tanky she is through her lifesteal and damage reduction

Wukong down a tier, think he gets abused 2 much this meta when every champ clears so fast. Every champ thats op oneshots camps these days.
