Added 2023-09-11 23:14:32 +0000 UTCJarvan up a tier, Shojin change pushed him to next level. I will say tho, some games youll feel weak because enemy has so many dashes and ways to fight you back, alot of champions can beat jarvan 1v1, and champs like nidalee can abuse u early.
I dont think Elise is good because of this changes.
Heca is just whatever imo, theres tons of better carry champions right now. when he gets ahead he is very strong but its not so easy to get ahead as heca imo when you lose 1v1 early to alot of champions unless ur Q is somehow stacked
idk why they nerf kayn
Kha down a tier, definetly worse now than he used to be due to nerfs to duskblade, and himself.
Kindred down a tier
Belveth up a tier, stridebreaker buffed, kindred nerfed, quite good meta for her.
Xin up a tier, gore buffed, shojin buffed i think both items are great for him and when they changed the passive to work better with HP it fits the new meta build alot.
Karfus up a tier, rlly op right now ( kindred nerfed, kha nerfed, rengar nerfed before, tons of little monkeys in soloq playing their ivern doing nothing to hurt you so you just free farm )
Nocturne really strong right now too with stride buffed and shojin change, kindred being nerfed helps him too.
