Added Z tier, since i believe Orianna to be 1 tier above all of the S+ mages
Akshan still good, and you need more ad mids nowadays cus of jg meta
The W out of combat timer change for galio is great in midgame lategame siege situations and objective situations, you can block skills for you carries more often.

morgana mid added to list, quite good pick vs things like lissandra tf, things that rely on specific spell to setup ganks. you can just free push and scale fine vs those type of champs and teamcomps. Low on list due to situational pick.
zed still fine
Ziggs up a tier, fine handshake vs orianna xerath syndra etc.
Sylas up a tier, benefits from dorans ring dark seal buff, hes quite a bit tankier now with 30 extra hp from seal d ring, which he buys both every game. Only thing that sucks for sylas is that he can no longer go dshield d ring vs hard bully mages.
Kassadin up a tier, ap junglers being meta means more angles for mid jg being ap on enemy team, game is being played slower, less snowballing which makes kassa better. Runes in lane deals less damage, good for kassadin.
Ekko down a tier, kassadin is better, sylas is better etc.
Youmoos buffs benefits qiyana alot, up a tier.
Renekton down a tier, power of mages is too much and pta exposure dmg being nerfed hurts him in midlane alot and early snowball being weaker is shit for him. Good champ some games still vs speciifc melee mids.
