Toplane changes the least this patch , jungle interacts the least with toplane. Mainly doran items and rune changes impact toplane.
Tanks benefit from this change due to resolve tree not being nerfed
garen up a tier, doran shield buff, phaserush untouched, garens runes untouched, his hard matchups quinn and akshan nerfed.
panth rumble trynda down a tier, early snowballs is less valueable, tank tops are better which makes more people play tanks.
Fiora camille up a tier, both can easily play grasp and dorans shield is better makign even blinding fiora and enemy picking kennen or something not as bad as before
Jax up a tier, grasp jax untouched
green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard | yellow = blindpickable
