Jinx is strong, i wouldnt say OP, this champion has problems like being immobile, but its easier to get kills now and get ahead with her ult change, and her impact in an early skirmish is better with the passive change too. Her passive is a bit fake tho, its not real for 3-4 passive stacks to make a real difference, usually if 3 of enemy team is dead, you won the fight regardless of the buff, the buff mainly matters for early fights and start of fights.

Kaisa down a tier, if u want to scale and 1v9 play jinx. Kaisa loses lane to aphelios draven varus kalista caitlyn etc bla bla bla, and losing armor for those matchups is soooo bad.

Draven down a tier, i think the nerfs to early game hurts draven alot actually, buffing d blade, helps enemy ad more than draven i feel like, draven having more hp isnt as good as enemy botlane having more HP ( sup item change + d blade change.

varus down a tier, comet nerfed, dorans items buffed ( wants sword start into dirk usually )

Tristana bot has 2 ways to play, either with rell amumu etc and dive in and kill ( nerfed this patch ) or rekkles playstyle ( berserker greaves rush with lulu and scale ) your support rarely picks lulu and if she does, you rather play jinx, and the all in strategy got nefred this patch hard so down a tier.

In general, my read on this patch for adcs is that champions that rely on snowballing lane in the sense of all inning and killing is worse.

Lethality jhin up a tier, benefits from changes in game and youmoos buffs.
