ivern ignores all changes so still Z tier.
brand and zyra jungle are useless champions that does nothing but farm, so you might aswell pick karfus eve lillia taliyah fiddle and do same thing but be a better champion.
Rammus down tiers, pretty big nerf to him
heca slowly going up to S tier
Tank junglers using phaserush ( poppy maokai for example ) is a bit weaker.
Nocturne is really strong and would be S+ if it wasnt for graves being so good against noct and op atm, next patch depending on how graves is nerfed, noct will probably S+
Seju down a tier, alot of bad matchups this patch ( AP jglers rlly good, the ad junglers being played are good vs seju )
