Ziggs is wayy too strong for him to be down a tier due to armor changes, especially compared to other botlane mages
I think alot of nerfs will need to happen to seraphine botlane for her to be worse than other enchanter bots liek lux soraka karma

2023-11-19 04:08:38 +0000 UTCezreal has extremely high skill ceiling and can do fine in every game Some champs like vayne can be really 1v9 in some drafts, ezreal is always fine in every game unless lane is bad and they have lockdown champs like naut vi , but its very few champs in the game with abilities like vi R.
