Added 2023-11-14 20:24:59 +0000 UTCgragas top is TERRIBLE, there is no reason to play him for nuke build or Q poke build as a toplaner, you pick gragas to be a tank and spam E, or to be a bruiser mage spamming E, you cant spam E anymore... Down 2 tiers.

Graves top down a tier.... you pick graves top vs ad champions for most part and he is in alot of fist fights in toplane, unlucky.. Thanks TheShy for proving me right with this pick in worlds tho!
Mundo in a fine state right now, up a tier.
Nothing else changes for toplane this patch.
Jax, Riven etc are all a bit better with gragas being reworked in this way.
