Added brand to the list, i dont recommend playing him tho, You should view him like Lillia, good vs melee heavy tank teams, if you are looking for a pure dmg pick vs tanks pick him, otherwise theres no reason to realistically pick brand over fiddle karfus eve taliyah or any other good ap jungler, his advantage is dmg vs tanks.

Gragas jungle is buffed a little, But similar to brand reasoning i think theres just better ap junglers, i would pick gragas over diana sometimes if i have a yasuo and diving in sounds hard ( diving into a braum / renata / xayah team as diana can be difficult , but as gragas you can just throw R and xayah has to R it.

With graves being nerfed and briar too, i think nocturne can go up to S+ as he is still untouched and mega op in comparison to most AD jglers. overall i think alot of ad junglers are weak and if u look at briar, noct, graves i think they are in a tier of their own despite the nerfs. Often graves doesnt play to rely on the armor anymore as he plays lethality and kinda PvE game perma farming, compared to old goredrinker in ur face graves where armor would matter more.

This is not related to champions but with the lingering vision change to wards you should practice getting used to that as you can do some cheesy plays when ur team is clearing a ward next to u

Udyr was rated S+ before on my tierlists at a time where other tank junglers just werent so good, these days i feel like alot of tank junglers are good and therefore picking udyr doesnt make as much sense, also quite a few ap junglers are great right now that also happen to be good vs udyr so hes down a tier. same reason shyvana is down a tier.
