Azir buffs are nice, hes between S and A+ like i said before just hard to make this champion work in soloq, if you are a good azir you should play him.
Alot of mages meta in mid and stuff like akali, also tenacity being nerfed in the past, galio up a tier. Great buffs, i think hes more of a damage dealer now rather than just supportive
Lucian mid up a tier, great buff for mid lucian as you want to perma trade
Honestly really nice buffs for qiyana
Tristana down a tier, previous nerfs and buffs to mages hurts her.
