It took a while to figure this out, but it works now. To make a vector shape peep from behind and object and then be in front of an object is extremely difficult.
The white splotch is the skin before clothes cover it. To make the illusion of the worm realistically crawling over her skin from her back, there are actually 2 different pieces to the skin. One piece block the parasite from view. The other piece is what the parasite crawls over in the second half of the animation.
First I tried to make the worm in 2 pieces and the skin as 1 piece. One half of the worm would be behind the skin, and the other in front. It took a long time for me to figure out the other way was easier.
