Female Possession - Slime Unbirth 1 HD

A slime pulls itself up into a female ship captain. Its glow is so strong that it shines through her skin and clothes. It takes her body, and with it her power of command over the ship and its crew.

I'm always trying to think of creative, practical and exciting details in the exact process of possessions. This might be inspired by the time Luke Skywalker used that grapple thingy on an AT-AT :9

One way of drawing things in motion is to draw the forward facing outline and leave the opposite side made of streaks.

The second and third panel's background is left white because it's more "awake" than the grey, conveying excitement and action.

I just love the crumpling fabric revealing the geometry of a woman's body (fourth panel).

Some changes I make at the last second. Like literally just a few seconds after writing the above paragraphs I added the glowing slime puddle in the third panel :9

edit: Hope it's noticible but I upgraded the Sketchbook app and the resolution I think by 50%.
