Tight clothes do more than bring out body features. When it comes to a creature crawling around under the clothes, the tightness forces the wearer to "hug" the parasite so-to-speak. This unwanted and forced interaction creates conflict in the mind, and that confusion can lead to exciting arousal.
A lot of what fetish parasites are capable of are desirable because they can make us do what we wish we could do but don't do based on social pressure. For example, we are forced as a society to suppress our sexual natures in public, even in private to varying degrees. A parasite controlling one's body is not limited by this moral complex, sexually liberating the host.
Something I like to incorporate into my pictures often is drool. Not only does it indicate mental disruption, but I sometimes drool when I sleep. Just kind of an easter egg ;9
Just as a side-note, I like possession in all (non)fictional timelines. Past/fantasy, present/alternate and future. They all serve as unique, exciting scenarios for possession. People in medieval times would be more vulnerable to possession without advanced technology. A possession scenario taking place in the present is arousing because it seems more real. If a possession entity can overcome sci-fi technology, that power is arousing. Plus, sci-fi outfits are hot :3
