Jayce up a tier
Ksante is nerfed, not buffed imo, champ isnt Lowest tier worthy tho
Maokai down a tier, armor and Q nerf matters a bit for top
Renekton up a tier, good buffs, still sucks for him that goredrinker is gone but its a decent champ now, better in pro play than soloq tho imo
TF still op
Volibear up 2 tiers
Singed down a tier, alot more hard matchups now with Jayce, Tf starting to be played, great pick if in good spots tho
Varus top down a tier due to ad nerf, matters for top imo, also rise of TF makes less need for picking varus
best blind tanks: Udyr Ornn
best blind carries: TF Rumble Kennen Aatrox Karma Darius Teemo
