Ap kogmaw is quite a bit better with the E buff and more AD scaling on R since u go manamune after malignance.
AP TF > AD TF in midlane imo, so changes dont matter rlly
Veigar up a tier, decent buffs
vex is quite a bit better tbh, great lane bully now and also melee champs dont have their MR shards to abuse anymore so Vex vs Melee champs is Z tier atm
Some champs are a bit worse, like neeko for example due to protobelt change, but not enough to make it go down a tier imo.
MAGE BLINDS: twisted fate, neeko, karma, Azir, taliyah
ASSASSIN BLINDS: Ahri Akali, Tristana

The champ has endless combos and possible ways to use his spells. The champ isnt that situational IMO, mainly bad vs long range or super heavy assassin comps ( general control mage weaknesses) Hwei is extremely strong laner

2024-03-08 15:48:08 +0000 UTCHey I was wondering a bit about Hwei. His wr is never above 48 across all ranks from what I can see, and I know it's not a good indicator of champ strength. Is that because he's incredibly good in the right matchups/comps but awful when considering how champs are picked in soloq? (both blind/into bad matchups and easy ones)
