I tried alot of garen and trynda when patch came out, but they both lost so much power when they lose movespeed from their items and also IE nerf hurts both, but especially tryndamere, down a tier.

Vlad down, massive nerfs to all his items and he relies on items

Shen up a tier, great tank pick this patch.

Ornn down a tier, champion wants items and he wants his team to spike on items, but items matters less.

Vayne down a tier, deals less damage and less movespeed, easier to catch her now, still a good pick into tanks obviously.

Jax up a tier, good matchups, didnt get hurt as much by item changes having lethal tempo in some matchups is good too

Yone up a tier, op champ

Singed up a tier, alot of champions lost movespeed and singed didnt because he doesnt buy movespeed items until 3+ items. He goes Rylais Liandry usually and these items only lost ap, not HP.

Kled down a tier, his counters are strong right now( jax, shen for example ) and he lost alot of dmg with nerfs to his profane hydra.

Kayle down a tier, similar to vladimir, you lost power in ur scaling.
