Trynda a bit better, but 14.19 was very bad patch for tryndamere, IE being nerfed so hard hurts trynda very much, and less movespeed on his items hurt him too, garen down same reason.
Veigar nerf does barely anything, his W was already gutted when they did 100% ap ratio to 70%
yas yone shouldnt buy full crit, think Botrk into Shieldbow is often good now with these changes, but we wont see IE X ro somethign lol, you need some tankiness.
Syndra hurt the most i think from the ap item nerfs this patch, still a strong champ tho.
Think vlad is pretty bad right now and no reason to be anywhere but situational tier.
