Yes the red head was also captured by shalltear since she had the potion from ainz they panicked thinking she was important to ainz plans so instead of killing they messed with her memory and sent her to Carne. They all ducked when she yelled because the goblins with her are not from this world they are her summoned followers from the item ainz gave her. That's what the talk about them not having the skill to tell planets apart was also about. She still has one horn she hasn't used yet as ainz gave her two.

I just checked when ainz said he wanted to take over the world. It was episode 2 of the first season when he was flying in the sky with demiurge. He said "taking over the world might be enjoyable"

So it shows why the goblins are there and take orders from Enri in the first season. Ainz gave her two horns to summon a horde of goblins that would obey her commands. The world domination thing was mentioned in season 1 episode two at the end. Ainz says the most fun thing now might be taking over the world, and of course Demiurge takes it to heart haha. Also the red haired chick is the girl Ainz met as Momon the adventurer, she was the girl whose potion he spilled and he gave her his red potion, which she then took Npheria. She was also attacked by Shalltear after Brain ran away in season 1 like episode 9 I think. The blood red potion is actually what saved her when she threw it at Shalltear.
