Added 2024-09-05 15:05:55 +0000 UTCPlease do NOT subscribe or make patreon purchases on mobile via apps - there are new mobile fee being implemented. As a creator, I could either 1. Raise my prices to offset the fees since they cut into my end of the payment or 2. Not raise my prices and just take the cut. I am NOT going to raise my prices because I do not want anyone to be charged more <3
However, PLEASE do not subscribe or make shop purchases via the Patreon app. Open a browser window instead (desktop version even if on your phone browser) and subscribe there and/or make purchases there. You can still view all the content on the mobile apps, but this way it avoids me getting hit with big fees for mobile purchases <3
Also if you have an iphone, the ios store ALWAYS charges extra fees on your end that I have zero control over and that go to apple, essentially charging you more for the same.
So please be sure to only use the browser version for any/all purchases and subscriptions on patreon xoxo
