Croatia Uncovered: our vacation on Krk Island

In August, we took an incredible road trip to Croatia. We drove by car and stayed overnight in a castle in Germany and then spent 8 relaxing days on Krk Island, soaking up the sun, enjoying the sea, tasting local cuisine, and enjoying family time. Croatia exceeded our expectations with its beautiful scenery, and surprisingly great roads. A vacation destination to recommend.
I enjoyed editing this video a lot (although took me longer than I planned), and I hope I was able to capture the atmosphere and the beauty of the island. And what about you, guys? Did you go anywhere fun or just chill out this summer?

Hi Mike, indeed! Itβs a long renovation project, and we canβt put our lives on pause for 10 yearsβthe kids will probably be out of the house by then! LOL Weβve never been to Thailand, but it must be beautiful. Do you enjoy the local food? Asian cuisine is one of my favorites, though Iβm more familiar with European-style Asian food :-) I am sure it tastes even better there. My wife and I are much older than you (73 and 83) but in good health. We go to Thailand every year to our home in my wife's home village just north of Bangkok. Sometimes we take a daughter and granddaughter, but other times it's just the two of us. I would attach pictures for you to enjoy, but I don't know how. Mike
