A few detail ideas I came up with; - Maybe the fluids from the genitals could be a bit spread out as the discharge usually doesn't flow neatly like that even if not touched? I was thinking if this could be achieved with playing with the lighting like you do already to highlight the breasts? Although I find this depiction already very hot as it is and depictions of fluids in general are hard as hell... - canines usually in this type of vulnerable state tuck their ears downwards or even slightly backwards, so maybe the body language could be played around with? - a little bit of steam on those glasses from light sweating could be a neat touch!
