2023-01-21 21:34:17 +0000 UTCSo TECHNICALLY you can have more than 1 stand but the other stand(s) need to be not yours like Anubis isn't pole dancer's. This is also why he didn't die or get hurt when Anubis took damage because it's not tied to his soul. It's less becoming polpol's stand and more so just controlling him.

Speaking of the opening and you remembering the change up from the openings reaction, it would help to know the opening song is called "Sono Chi No Kioku - End of THE WORLD" so when the change up happens, its exatcly on the moment when they would sing "THE WORLD"

2023-01-21 08:14:14 +0000 UTCOk so, hindsight thoughts: First of all, the sword seem to be a stand alone (getit?) but doesn't replace a user's stand, simply controls someone's body and if that person has a stand he can use it for himself. Meaning dual wielding. What if the ennemies didn't do the anime thing to go one by one and instead the sword controlled another bad guy and they came at them dual wielding stands that'd be crazy
