I don't think a parent should ever hit their kid because kids need to be able to feel safe with their parents. Sometimes though it's OK for a stranger to hit someone else's kid.

I always wondered why they swapped out the Slit-Mouthed Woman with the Dragger. It doesn't make a major difference, but I found it odd. If I had to guess it was probably a censorship thing. For any who might not know the story, on the streets of Japan, late at night, a woman wearing a surgical mask may approach you. She'll ask you if you think she's pretty. If you say yes, she'll take off the mask and reveal long cuts at the corners of her mouth. She'll ask you again if you think she's pretty. If you say yes, she'll use scissors to slice open your mouth in the same way and say how you now look just like her. If you say no at any point she'll kill you.
