Jotaro unknowingly stopping time for a fraction of a second to catch the bullet he shoots at himself has always been my headcanon, as well as other times where he thinks it's just Star Platinum's extreme speed.

Most memorable for me is DIO throwing knives at Jotaro, mainly because its my favourite move to use as DIO in the part 3 fighting game (He can stop time and throw a bunch and they stack like crazy) Even if plot wise it's a little convenient I do not care! Jotaro just being able to enter stopped time is Cool and that fits Jotaro and thats all the sense I need

2023-02-09 04:05:26 +0000 UTCThis episode is interesting to me because it really shows DIO's development as a fighter. He's always been a schemer but he used to be really cocky and reckless. That's what gave Jonathan the upper hand back in their fights. Now though, he's so calculating and cautious around Jotaro, testing his limits and strengths to make sure that The World can beat Star Platinum before he acts, but then Jotaro constantly scares him back into the defense. It's a great back and forth and also plays to Jotaro becoming more and more focused and tactical when he's angry/under pressure. This entire finale is awesome but this episode is so good.

Often times with the parts openings it either tells you the past or future of the story. For example the first opening of part 3 has 5 stars flying across the sky and a 6th in the distance for the entire squad with iggy on a separate route, and part 2 bloody stream actually has Joseph's stand hidden in the highlighted colours when he throws punchs
