The full story is really fun. Sad too say the anime is only like 1/4 of the whole light novel series and most like will never be finished in an anime form.

2023-06-29 14:19:06 +0000 UTCthis anime helped me somewhat get over my fear of spiders (spiders smaller than my pinkie finger nail anyway, Kumoko (the spider we follow) is my all time favorite Isekai Protagonist and is more or less my spirit animal. Oh, also the Human side is boring in the anime but in the Light Novels it tells lots of lore, you should still not skip it as it is necessary to understanding points in the story that comes later

I love all the Kumiko stuff so much and it's really fun and engaging, but then every time they cut to the humans my eyes glaze over and it becomes really lame and generic. Apparently they made changes for the worse, too, cutting out a lot of interesting details and much-needed characterization.....

The light novel is so damn good especially when compared to what we got with this, but hey at least its something I guess?

I know it’s a cliche to say that it’s better than the anime, but in this case it really is a thousand times better.

She is a 100% fit and ther ED she sings is lit ^^ The elf is called teacher because she was the teacher before getting isekaid. We get to see the story from the view of the MC and other students

Kewpie Mayo is good, Dukes Mayo is good. oh, and little spider isn't the only one isekai'd by that beginning event. So really we're getting two tales in this anime. The spider girl as one, and all her classmates as the other, showing their situations side by side

Also if you finish the season, there is a long version of the Ending Song. Where the song changes genre a few more times.
