I have also peed in a bottle before. I was working from home for a call center, and get this, they allowed 4 minutes of bathroom time daily. They called it "personal time", but it was heavily implied that if you needed to pee you're supposed to hold it until your break or use your personal time. If you go over the four minutes you get managers DMing you in MS Teams about your time clock stats, so it was a pretty oppressive environment (and ofc it was a "were all a family here" type fake friendly corporate atmosphere). But yeah rant aside one day I had used almost all my personal time to deal with a panic attack. I only had like 30 seconds left and in order to avoid trouble with my managers I pissed in a water bottle
