Yeah, that's genuinely upsetting, I do not understand what possible reason they could have for changing that translation. It doesn't even make sense, it's legitimately wrong as a translation. It's not like THAT important, but it's still annoying because it was so unnecessary. Just straight up worse line and more inaccurate to what's said, did the translator hate Rohan or some shit?

Yall aren't too far off with Rohan. He has his own spin off series that's been animated (minus the two most recent stories), Netflix is streaming it right now and it takes Rohan all over as he explores the many other supernatural mysteries of the JoJos world for his manga.

Music references and Stand info episode 28 Highway Go Go, the Stand that attacks Rohan in the tunnel, is actually named Highway Star, and gets its name from the Deep Purple song of the same name. Highway Star possesses a set rather disjointed abilities that serve a singular purpose: pursuit. It’s first abilities room creation. Highway Star is able to create a room in a place and lure people into by creating an illusion that is dependent on the person in question. Once lured in, Highway Star will use its second ability, enhanced sense of smell, to capture the target’s scent and follow the target. Highway Star’s third ability is body dismantlement, allowing it to turn its body into feet and follow its target with a speed upwards to 60kmh. Also interesting that Ant mentioned characters being brought in and them getting their own spin offs, because there is a 4 episode Rohan centric OVA miniseries called Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan.
