idk if its been mentioned but kyoshi cannonicaly would freeze peoples internal organs and yangchen had an airbending powered scream powerful enough to blow peoples heads off they are really creative in taking peoples lives in the books

2023-03-24 15:50:09 +0000 UTCI saw somebody point out before that Iroh is the first person that accepted Zuko's apology at face value and without hesitation. Any prior times he set out to apologize he's been met with a harsh treatment: when apologized for speaking out of turn during the war meeting, his dad gave him the permanent scar on his face. When he apologized to team Avatar for all of his past attempts on their lives, even AANG turned his back on him in mistrust. This is another reason why this scene hits so well.

They all give advice that applies to the Avatar’s duties in general. “Be decisive,” “only justice will bring peace,” “be an active force in the world,” “your duty to the world comes first.”
