2023-04-02 08:47:46 +0000 UTCYou are getting things mixed up; Yuki Ono (Josuke's VA) is alive and well, Billy Kametz (Josuke's English VA) is the one who died recently in 2022, the real reason Josuke doesn't talk in these OVAs, is because these are stories told by Rohan, and since Rohan doesn't like Josuke he doesn't get any screen time, that's it, not because the English VA (uninvolved in the anime's japanese production) died
