Basically, it was dodgeball, except in addition to hitting people with balls on the other side of the field to eliminate them and catching balls to get your teammates back in, at the end of each field was a large pedestal with 2 large medicinal balls ( I don't remember what they were called in English, but the large brown balls used for yoga and what not), which you'd have to knock off the pedestal to win. Infront of the pedestal you'd have a 1.5 meter space that you couldn't step on. Though its not obligatory, you could have 1 or more people guarding the pedestal by standing infront of it, all-be-it infront of the 1.5 meter space. During a tournament, my team was down from 15 to 3, with me guarding. I usually suck, and still did near the end of highschool, but that day I just went berserk and caught every single ball the full enemy team threw for a minute straight, at about 1 ball every 1-2 seconds. The trade off was that after that, I auto learned to never catch the balls and would instinctively just dash to the ground to avoid them. Admittedly, that made me great at dodging, but I haven't caught a ball in any sport since. TL:DR I got ptsd off a middle/highschool sport

One time when i was wrestling in my senior year of high school, i was underneath a guy and he was pinning down my shin, but i just used sheer willpower to twist over him and pin him, but twisted thay knee so bad it almost broke, thought i was fine, it swelled up on the bus ride home and i couldnt even bend it for 2 weeks. But. I. Qualified. lmfao
