Attack on Titan 4x13

OH HELL NAW IT'S COOKIN'

Attack on Titan 4x13

Comments

Nah, you're the G.O.A.T for calling Zeke's spinal fluid. I started watching you because I wanted to see One Piece reactions and you were pretty far in an uploading regularly. I started following other shows because of your story-telling analysis. I do game dev on the side and your commentary is extremely helpful to me.

Nicholas Johnson

I’ll admit this episode actually got me. Sasha’s actual death didn’t shock me too much (probs cuz I got spoiled beforehand) but for the most part, since season 3 everything’s brand new to me and I’m reacting just like you are. RIP Sasha

Carrie Thomas

You could also always read Berserk. Those wait times are pretty average. I still remember a wait between chapters of more than a year.

Miklar Sihn

There was no better character that Gabi could've killed that wouldve had the same affect as what we saw in the dining room. Sasha's parents, the ones who loved and raised for Sasha for most of her life, they let go of any hatred, anger, sense of revenge for their daughter in favor of protecting Falco and Gabi, who are just innocent children. She asks in disbelief if they really dont hate her, the people who should hate her more than anyone, and would be justified in at least haring her. Then Kaya, who knew from the start they were from Marley, was looked at as a devil, who defended Gabi when she tried to kill her, she's the one that tries to kill Gabi. It's that only monster in the room is herself. its genius.

WHAT!!!!!! Now that’s the cruelest

Golden Witch Beatrice

Sasha's father was definitely grief stricken, and facing his daughter's killer opened that wound wide open again. He was a smart man back when he was introduced, and remained true to that. The only way forward is forgiveness. Sasha was, in essence, the comic relief of this whole series. She's been a light hearted beacon of hope in her own dumb way all up to her end. And things just got so bleak after. Her death is rippling through everyone involved. Her family, her comrades, Nicolo, even Gabi.

Adriborte

If you think that's bad, look at the manga chapter "Two Brothers". THAT was unbelievably cruel. 1 month between chapters.

Nathan Mathews

An interesting bit of nuance that couldn't be translated from the original Japanese is that Sasha's last word was niku. That is the Japanese word for meat but it also could of been her trying to say Nicollo.

Alopex The Wanderer

One of my favorite episodes, so well written and so many payoffs taking place. Never would have imagined Sasha’s death would have such a powerful butterfly effect. Kaya’s screams also got me tearing up! <3

Russell Gambardella

Lol that ending is such a big cliffhanger to end the recording session on

Secco Mode

People be rightfully hating Floch but his VA Kensho Ono (who also voices Giorno!) is kicking it out of the park as usual.

James Decker

Eren entrance was just 100% dramatic like he is the whole season xD

Sven Hegenbart

God, this episode is so good. Sasha's family is the best, mom and dad both. What a fantastic scene, what tremendous power. "I hate this bitch but I love this bitch" is probably the best description I've heard about Floch ever. Totally accurate to how I feel about the character. And it's one of my favourite things ever when Eren just walks in the room and sits down. Showing his hand like that is pretty much the equivalent to dropping a bomb on the table and putting your finger on the trigger as well. Looking forward to next episode!

Bob

The episode in which Floch becomes one of my favorite characters in this series. God bless.

Ace of Blades

Probably in the top 10 cruelest To Be Continued in the series😭😭😭😭

Golden Witch Beatrice

And now Floch breaks another anime rule - not explaining the evil plan to the "good" guys. Also his "use your inside voice please" always cracks me up, he's just such a great guy to hate

s'Mäxle

Thanks for the ep

TrinitytheApostle

I remember when Eren walked up, I deadass yelled "WTF, Eren?!"

Unsaidrumble

Waka Flocka Voice: bow bow bow

Yahroh

This is why Waka Flocka my fav sub boss. Floch is love hate relationship

Yahroh

Whatever you do, make sure you watch 19, 20 and 21 in the same recording session. You won't regret it :)

AngelGxbriel

Floch my fav W

18C

Floch is a well written character but he is far from one that deserves praise. I think people look at this show’s concept of devils and think just think it's cool, and they miss the big picture which is that DEVILS ARE TERRIBLE. They willingly hurt and kill innocent people for the sake of their own goals. And our main characters are no different either, they’ve been responsible for their own share of tragedy and that will only continue. “Nobody’s in the wrong, because this world is just that cruel.” - Bertholdt, 3x15

GraffitiTurtle

me to Sasha’s dad: “you dropped this 👑” seriously tho, “we’ve gotta keep the younguns out of the forest” is forever ingrained in my mind

GraffitiTurtle

Prolly my fav episode. Also W Alicia

Yagi di Hoshi

Eren just casually strolling in at the end is such a fantastic scene. They did something similar with the Berthold and Reiner reveal, just dropping it as background dialogue.

Thiren_Skrymir

Great episode. Great Flock meme.

Dr. A

I call him that ironically. I don't even use Twitter.

Barnabás Mucsi

I actually laughed when you were like "oh maybe ill stop after this one and do the next 3 later", i was just thinking "oh just WAIT till she gets to the end she won't wanna stop"

Drakey

Floch is aight but his stans on twitter make me lose faith in humanity

Nolan Holmberg

It's King Floch with the glock

Barnabás Mucsi

I need to know I NEED TO KNOW NOW That about sums up my experience with AoT as soon as that To Be Continued pops up, lol
