2023-05-05 13:18:02 +0000 UTCThe water tower Rasengan bit was actually connected to a Sasuke vs Naruto moment. Sasuke almost used a Chidori on Naruto, while Naruto almost used a Rasengan on Sasuke. Then their hands get showed into 2 water containers, kinda like small water towers. Sasuke makes the huge hole in the front and gets a whole cocky thing when looking at the tiny rasengan hole... Until he sees the back of the container, which is just blown away.
