Hes just a genderfluid nerd who likes to disassemble machines and can get mad enough to kill their fellow man. I am and forever will be an Annasui stan and support her conwuest for Jolynes love. Theres even a really funny headcanon that Annasui was originally in the pison as a female inmate and then when seeing Jolyne and falling in love with her, they changed their appearance into that of a male because he thought she was straight. Since in the manga Anassuis 1st appearance was feminene and they can also change their body structure with Diver Down.

Basically since you shrink to half your size whenever you half your distance to the green baby, you'll never reach it because the distance will continue doubling due to your smaller size. It's also impossible to throw projectiles at it since the projectiles will just shrink to nothing, making it one of the strongest defensive abilities ever.
