finding the fish is still rare, I guess the All Blue is where you can consistently find the other seas fish. and from what I got from the episode they mostly find fish from the west blue rather then the other two seas.

But then they start and before you know it, they're 50 episodes in... Then 100. Before long, they're at the half way point and all of a sudden that "impossible" goal gets closer and closer. Perfectly sums up the point of the series, really. Chasing after the impossible until you can finally catch it.

The best fillers in later episodes are IMHO also those very character focus/driven. Sadly, modern One Piece decide to use reaction shots and PowerPoint camera work as filler time for their episodes... fortunately, in the most recent saga there are some sparks of creativity at least.

Also this episode is so in line with Usopp and Sanji and ones like this really show you who they are and what motivates them, rather than just having different flavor of fighters who are obviously inferior to MC until we eventually get to the point where everyone questions why they even bother showing up when they're not MC or a newer character... *Looking at you DBZ*

In the One Piece world, though, fire weapons can fire multiple times even if they look like flintocks. Also, the fisherman who talked to Sanji at the market is 1/4 a fishman (you can see a fin behind his head). There are also some other easter egg characters here, but it's not worth explaining. Yasop is a bad dad :P

Also panda branded clothing that you pointed out on Sanji's apron in one reaction will be a reappearing easter egg. The author likes to hide him throughout the series for fun.
