for some of you who dont know, the crater at kota's hideout was made from his quirk, its kinda hard to tell in the anime but its easier to see in the manga

The situation is never directly addresses but can be speculated upon which i think works great.

You Say Run is the title of it and its the main action piece song, you heard it so many major moments like when Deku ran in to save Bakugo against the sludge villain or All Might VS the Nomu.

It's confirmed by the mangaka, though it's never brought up in story. :) Also, the villain at the end with the big bar thing is Magne, and they're a trans woman, but fairly masculine presenting. The villains however never misgender her, which is nice. :)

I haven't read a lot of X-Men but I do remember when Kitty Pride realized she could just phase through solid objects but also do things like literally walking on air by interacting with it as if it was solid using her powers. Little things like that are really cool to me.
