One person will start with the question marks because Alicia slightly misunderstood something, or guessed incorrectly and then corrected herself, and then suddenly everyone is just spamming it over and over and over and ignoring anything she's saying. I'm just glad that sending everyone to the dungeon mitigates it a bit. Back when Critical Role did their games live, it was the same thing: people in chat would start flipping their shit over the tiniest perceived mistake, even when it wasn't actually a mistake to begin with.
