2023-10-10 21:06:33 +0000 UTCThe lips don't mach because anime often suffers from "Fish mouth". It's an industry issue. The animation needs to be finished way before any voice actor becomes involved. Because of that the animators just create generic lip flaps and its the voice actors job to try and mach them.
