2019-08-03 19:22:49 +0000 UTCI was like you DeeBeeGeek, I was very reluctant of getting into One Piece because of how many episodes were there at the time. When I started watching the show there were already almost 800 episodes, and it was overwhelming. However, my friend talked me into trying it, and I couldn't get enough of it! The amazing journey that is One Piece hits you with every possible feeling in the dictionary! Particular scenes were real tear jerkers for me, I literally cried during one scene in Water 7 Arc (that's all the spoilers you'll get from me), and I still shed a tear whenever I'm watching it sometimes on YT. I hope that someday you'll go back to One Piece. You might try the same thing you did with Bleach marathon, meaning avoiding the fillers, though with One Piece it might be a little harder to do, because the fillers tend to blend pretty easily with the canon episodes. With One Piece, the thing I learned that is constant, is that when one arc ends, another immedietly begins, basically in the very same episode the last one ended. Wish you Happy Birthday!
