Orrrrr maybe, action has no bearing on how good a show is? Code Geass is considered to be one of the greatest anime of all time NOT because of the action scenes (which there are a ton of, actually, leading me to question if you properly watched the show at all) but because of the plot, character motivations, and themes. Only a 13 year old takes action into account if they're seriously trying to watch an anime.

I recommend “bungou stray dogs”, “kekkai sensen”, even “boogiepop” is better than “code geass”. Im sure alot of you have watched these shows right? And im confident to say that you love them.
