Yeah when they Adam Smasher is fully borged out, he is literally only 4% organic. As far as im aware, the only characters in the entire cyberpunk universe that are more borged than that are people that had their personality uploaded to literal robots. As in, more like a robot clone of the person than the original person. What makes it so Smasher could get that far is corporate backing for his cyberware so money isnt a bother, the fact that he was a cyberpsycho even before that but functional, and that most of his body was replaced at the same time rather than gradually.
