They record most of their symphonic parts in collaboration with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the same one that played the score for Lord of The Rings trilogy, for example. They play these symphonic parts mostly as a backing track when needed, otherwise the keyboardist (also the composer and writer of 95% of their songs) plays most of what you hear. Hopefully that clears things up :D Edit #2: Loved the reactions and can't wait for the next month! <3
