It's actually not the name that is wrong but the translation itself that is kind of wonky, she is talking about herself, having accepted to give this advice so her pride wont allow her to back out.

The sub from the first part of this episode was wrong and had shinomiya's name listed instead of Shirugane's. The dub voice actors are good. Most animes from the last few years have been using less talented voice actors to save money. They also get the translations wrong way too much. The original voice actors are also top tier in this show. I personally have to watch this show only in sub.
