2022-12-31 23:53:22 +0000 UTCI'm sure people have already pointed this out but the Author Araki decided to change it up with Tarot cards + Color for this first part of Stardust Crusaders. The musical references in the first 15-20 episodes are gonna be scarce and usually it'll be the human stand user. Once Araki runs out of Tarot cards then you'll go back to the wild references for either the user or the stand.

Araki loves animals, especially dogs, so for him there is no more powerful sign of evil than hurting a doggo XD. And yeah, now the Stands go with the theme of the Tarot cards, but in later Parts they will go full-on Music References with all the names XD.

2022-12-31 14:52:59 +0000 UTCFor the musical references, i can suggest some videos that compile the references for each part (1 video per part) Some of the localized name can be really tricky if we don't pay attention to what they say directly (good job for the Jay Geils one) and some from the other eps where missed (like Captain Dragon from ep 6 being Captain Tenille (referencing... well, Captain & Tenille) and Soul Sacrifice from ep 8 being Devo (refering...Devo-) So yeah But really enjoyable to see you pick up some references and enjoying the show. Hope it'll continue on this nice way
