If I look closely, the shoulders are also larger and the shirt's collar is higher on the neck. Your model is VRoid, right? Usually clothing starts with a larger surface area than the model to avoid clipping, so it would make sense that that area seems larger than normal

Araki said at some point that he wasn't confident in writing women, that he didn't think he could write women very well and that it took a lot of courage to write a part with a Jojo.woman as the lead (I personally think he sells himself short, the women that are in earlier parts are perfectly fine, nothing to be ashamed of). So maybe he was gonna make Kakyoin a woman but got nervous. Who knows?

"fan works" featuring the two, one particularily infamous one involves Kayoin laying a giant egg. Don't look it up though, there's spoilers for part 3. I like how the rules are being stretched on what a stand can be, like this one is the sun, wow. Stands can be anything and that's probably why they're better than hamon for story telling, much greater freedom in what you can do with stands.
